Our guarantee is simple -- we deliver custom-printed and embroidered apparel using production files that you (or your team) approve during the proof process. In fact, we won't start customization until we get your final approval.

What happens if there's an unexpected embellishment or garment flaw? We'll work with you to either replace the merchandise or offer a discount if replacement is not an option.

How our custom apparel proof process works:

When a new order arrives, it's assigned to one of our production experts. They'll create a production file (for each design) and email you a link to review the digital proof of your design layout.

Our proofs contain important order details, including the finished dimensions of your image size, method of embellishment, and then the thread/ink colors (whichever is relevant.) Anything that requires your attention will always be highlighted in yellow.

Proofs are necessary for you to get high-quality shirts

The proof process is an incredibly important step to make sure we're on the same page, so please review your proof carefully (especially since whatever you see in the proof will be in your final design!).

Remember: We require your written approval to begin production. If we don't get that approval (and we'll follow up repeatedly for it), we can't begin producing your apparel, which can delay your order.

Picking the right garment for your customized t-shirt or sweatshirt

Please keep in mind that the colors (garment, ink, or thread) seen on a computer screen may be different than what you receive. Unfortunately, there's no way to be sure what you see is what we see (because of variations caused by computer screen settings).

If you want to make sure the garment color is what you expect, please order a blank sample. (This option is available on all products by clicking the orange "buy sample" button.) For ink or thread colors, we're happy to provide PMS colors that are close match.
