We're committed to keeping your t-shirt order on track

To make sure everything stays on track, we're relentless with our follow-ups. If there's an issue with an address, billing, or a proof still needs to be approved, we'll keep emailing and calling until we get it sorted out -- especially if we know you need your apparel quickly. We won't let your order fall through the cracks

How our next day turnaround on custom shirts works:

1. Place your order online by 3 PM EST on a business day.
2. Choose a PAID level for shipping during checkout.
3. We'll ship your order on the next business day.
4. Transit times (shipping time from us to you), add additional days.

Free shipping and orders with multiple shipping locations are excluded from next day turnaround

• Up to 500 prints on most styles
• Paid shipping required

2-Day Turnaround

• Up to 100 customizations on hoodies, wicking shirts, polos, and tank tops
• Up to 100 customizations on embroidered styles
• Up to 100 customizations on accessories (tote bags, aprons, etc)
• Paid shipping required

Extra days needed

• Sleeve prints
• Multiple line items (ie, ordering multiple designs or different styles)
• Complex artwork
