All embellished products are Free On Board (FOB) shipping point and ownership transfers to customer upon shipment. This means that risk of loss passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays in transportation including -- but not limited to -- severe weather delays, package handling errors, misroutes, and exceptions.It is important to note, UPS does not guarantees arrival date for Ground Service Shipments.
